With more than 10 years of cooking experience, Chef Sotiropoulos who member Chef’s Club of Attica “Acropolis”, will lend his culinary expertise in creating authentic mouth-watering dishes for a full-on buffet spread. Based around a variety of colorful and flavorful foods that are high in nutrients and low in animal fats, Greek cookery is considered a cuisine that encapsulate the knowledge of centuries and reflects its deep cultural history.
Diners can expect popular dishes such as Kagianas (Local Greek Traditional Omelette), Bouyiourdi (Baked Feta with Tomatoes), Gastrin (Ancient Version of Baklava), and Kourabiedes (Greek Butter Cookies).
Bringing a complete Greek experience to local diners here, there will be musicians and dancers to entertain diners daily with traditional performances on a wide range of instruments such as the violin and lute, while talented dancers will perform Greek folk dances such as Kalamatianos, Syrtos and Syrtaki.
After filling everyone’s tummy, children can head to Adventure Zone to play on the giant slides, challenges and more.
